A hectic week

This week was very hectic and busy for me….I had to watch 2 crap movies, spend over budget, had to go college multiple times, and lots more….

It may be caked a fun week. But not everything that happened was fun, and I can’t pen down everything here publicly. Some things may be termed as the so called “personal matter”.

This week also went in exploring my android phone. I don’t have my laptop yet, so couldn’t root it.

Android-the first impressions

Its my 4th fast with the android, and I’ve enough things to talk about. As I’m from a nokia ancestry, I’ll be very obviously comparing it with the symbian os.

The first thing which I didn’t liked about the android is that most of the apps freeze in background.that’s not what is called true multitasking.symbian always has an edge over it.

The second rant is about the poor battery life. It is really a battery suckling monster. Lol

Dear Nokia, with regards to you and your team i wan’t to thank you for everything you’ve provided us since I’ve started using mobiles. I still love my first phone, that’s the 6600 very much, but it now works as a paperwieght ! These days your company is daily bashed for your sucking os and online services. Also your market share is declining with the rise of Android and iOS. In the lower segment the smaller player like Micromax etc are eating up your share of the pie ! But i have figured out 2 main reasons of your failure Nokia was never s software company Nokia never had any stronghold in the North American market. People loved Nokia mainly due to its excellent hardware and the extraordinary durability. This is the mai reason why Nokia still rules the develping countries where people change their mobiles only when it stops to function (me too using the old Nokia N72). Nokia phones last no less than 3 years even after vigorous use, while the other competitors such as Samsung, Motorola, Sony Erricson etc have the average life span of 1 year. The outer paint starts to chip off from these pieces of shit. But now the scenario has changed. People even in the developing nations use internet on mobiles and they are changing their phones much often. So the durability factor has now become quite less important. Now the main thing people lookout while buying a phone is the internet. Unfortunately with the rise of touchscreens the competitors of Nokia seem to have outpaced it, for the time being. Nokia was a bit late in the touch market. Now Nokia is paying up for this mistake with loss of market share. The aging Symbian also is resposible. I dont think its suitable for the touch UI. So for the time being, it will be better for Nokia to adopt the rising Android. Believe me, no one will laugh at you when oyu do so. Android apaired with Nokia is the best option. Durability of Nokia with amazing os is the ultimate dream of every power user. It will easily allow you to capture the entire NA market where you have a share comparable to ZERO ! Also with the good sales of this Android , you can keep developing the development of your own Meego os, like Sammy is going on with the Bada os. So Nokia please listen to my suggestion because if I get any cheap Android phone with good hardware,I really won’t hesitate to leave Nokia ! with regards A long time Nokia-user-who-is-now-fed-up-with-crappy-software

yes, you heard it right, now I am free from the shackles of the ******g plaster ! Now I can move my right hand in every direction, though the mobility is quite limited and it will take a few weeks to loosen the things up. Also the plaster from the leg is now removed, so I can go whereeever I want. It just feels like I am jailbroken (with no reference to iOS devices, and if you have got no clue what the fuck is iOS you are either idiot or live under a rock )

interdependency

This post is about the relationship between my mobile (still a Nokia N72) and my HP laptop. they are inseparable these days and just can’t survive without one other ! Previously i used to live just on my mobile, and never needed the pc ( at that time my mobile was working fine). but as of date many of the keys are not functioning on my phone, so i need it to connect it up with the pc just to read my messages also.

For the pc, the mobile provides it INTERNET ! Yeah , i tether the mobile for internet, thats what keeps me on teh interwebs ! Also i download everything on the mobile only, so it provides media too for the computer

At the current situation I cant go alone with my mobile due to the dysfuctioning keypad, and the laptop too is useless without any net . So i think both are made for each other. I see this relationship like a husband-wife, lol !
